RESERVATIONS

Your holiday booking starts at 4pm the Saturday of your arrival and finishes l0am the Saturday of your departure, one week minimum (except out of season). To book please first phone us, Andrew Richardson, at 33(0)468 74 2249 or Email: andy@esperazabedandbreakfast.com  to check latest availability and reserve your house. Your phone reservation will be held for ten  days to allow time for your booking form and non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental to arrive. Let us know of unavoidable delays or your booking will be lost.  Your booking confirmation will be sent by return post or Email. The balance is due at the latest eight weeks before the commencement of your stay (see Terms and Conditions for cancellation conditions). There is a security charge of 200 € (or the equivalent in the denomination of your choice) payable in cash on arrival. This will be returned to you on your departure all being well.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit card online (ask for instructions)French cheque - Bankers draft in € - Swift Bank Transfer - Post office transfer - UK cheque in sterling (£12 handling charge. Please phone for the exchange rate of the day) - Euro cheques from other countries receive heavy charges from the French banks.  Any surcharges in France are the responsibility of the client.

INSURANCE

Use of the pool and all other facilities are at your own risk. You are advised to take out insurance to cover the eventuality of cancellation, accident, loss etc.

INCIDENTAL COSTS

The rental price is all-inclusive except for the following:

Energy.  During July and August the rental includes all electricity and gas.  During other months all electricity is free but gas is charged at cost .  Washing machine inc.


End of stay cleaner.  60 €.  Also available during stay at 10 €/hr.  (Please book at least four days in advance.)

Babysitting.  Is available at reasonable rates depending on time of day, length of care, number of children and sitter available.
